Product Description

Taylors Lazy Sunday Coffee Beans 1Kg Arabica beans are slowly roasted to develop flavours such as smooth milk chocolate, delicate citrus and a mellow, easy-going personality. This smooth roast is ideal to soothe your muscles and mind, whether you're calming down during a hectic weekday or winding down at the weekend.

2 bags of 1kg of this delicious beverage. Suitable for espresso or filter. Taylors is a British business. Fairtrade certified. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3, soft and easy going, great for weekend relaxing.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast with a sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a book and the warmth of a hug from the family. To brew your 1 kg coffee beans, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from extracting too much and creating unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just boiled. Then let it sit for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
