Why Item Upgrade Is Still Relevant In 2024
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or rings. This replaces the item with another item of the same type, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an Best item upgrader for example, increasing its damage.
Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To produce them, you require a higher-quality token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next Success result is to be rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.
This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the longevity of the item. The system is a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several methods to get them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the effectiveness of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.
Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. When players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its highest level, upgrades will not be available to it. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade item track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to give an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade item, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide extra effects or an increased level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Certain items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the requirements required for that item. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor), the level of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory when you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader kit upgrader (Https://www.google.co.vi/) NPC.
