Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

Reroll Tokens

Players can reroll their equipment using three attributes that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give players additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next Success result is to be rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
